Our mountainous take on a traditionally desert spirit. Inspired by some of your favorite top shelf Tequilas, our agave spirit is as good as a sipper, as it is as a mixer. We begin our process with a raw, organic agave nectar sourced from Jalisco, Mexico. We then add Agave terpenes to add both aroma and flavor. A slow fermentation aides in maximum flavor, which is extracted with our reflux pot still. Aged on medium char oak, this agave is slightly sweet, herbaceous, and easy drinking.
